Melt the butter and let it cool. For the dough, stir all the dough ingredients with the dough hook until crumbly. Retain 1/4 of the batter. Press 3/4 of the dough evenly onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Mix well the ingredients for the topping, except for the fruit, and spread on the dough. Cover the topping with the fruit of your choice and spread the rest of the dough on top like crumble.
Bake in the preheated oven at 175 degrees for 30-35 minutes on the middle rack.
