Instructions

  1. Mix the flour with the baking powder in a bowl and place on a work surface. Add the remaining ingredients and knead everything together well.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 °.
  3. Shape the dough into 16 rolls, round, oval, tapering to your taste. Sprinkle with sesame, linseed, poppy seeds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and distribute the rolls on top. Put a bowl of hot water in the oven or brush the rolls with water before sprinkling them.
  5. Bake the rolls for about 30 minutes.
