Ingredients
- 500 g wheat flour, type 1050
- 1 packet tartar baking powder
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- Sesame, flaxseed, poppy seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, to taste

- Mix the flour with the baking powder in a bowl and place on a work surface. Add the remaining ingredients and knead everything together well.
- Preheat the oven to 200 °.
- Shape the dough into 16 rolls, round, oval, tapering to your taste. Sprinkle with sesame, linseed, poppy seeds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and distribute the rolls on top. Put a bowl of hot water in the oven or brush the rolls with water before sprinkling them.
- Bake the rolls for about 30 minutes.
