Ingredients
- 250 g wholemeal spelled flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 50 g poppy seeds, round
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 teaspoon mint, dried, optional
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes, optional
- 1 egg (s)
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 3 tablespoon natural yogurt, lean

- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Sift the flour and baking powder into a large bowl. Add the poppy seeds and salt and mix everything. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well with a wooden spoon. When the dough is even and firm, shape a ball with wet hands. Shape 8 rolls of the same size out of this. Place these on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake at 200 degrees for about 25 - 35 minutes.
