- 250 g quark, also soy if you like
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 tablespoon flour
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- raisins
- 2 tablespoon coconut fat or oil for frying

- Mix all ingredients together and fry small, tablespoon-sized heaps in coconut oil or oil until golden brown.
- Serve warm or cold with applesauce or sugar and cinnamon.
