  • 100 g whole wheat flour or whole spelled flour
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • cinnamon
  • Oil, neutral, for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients into a dough and fry into small pancakes in a pan with a little neutral oil. If you like it a little sweeter, take a little more sugar or sweetener.
  2. Jam or applesauce tastes good with it. You can also add apple pieces or raisins to the batter.
  3. Very rich in protein!
