  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 3 teaspoons mustard, granulated
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 clove garlic, sliced
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the drumsticks and fry them in olive oil (not too hot, otherwise the oil will be bitter) Mix the cream with the mustard (the amount of mustard can be increased according to taste).
  2. Place the rosemary sprigs and a few slices of garlic in an ovenproof dish (not too big so that the sauce is covered). Then put the mallets on top and pour the mustard cream over them. Spread the rest of the garlic on top. Now put everything in the oven at 150 ° C (top / bottom heat) for 2 hours.
  3. These include, for example, plain boiled potatoes or baguettes.
