  • 125 g low-fat quark
  • 30 grams sugar
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • some lemon peel
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 125 g whole wheat flour
  • 125 g wheat flour type 405
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 packet baking powder

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients. If necessary, add a little more milk until the dough starts to bubble. Then bake in the waffle iron to about 10 waffles. The recipe also works with whole rye flour.
