- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 bottle beer, (wheat beer)

- Mix all ingredients together. Shape small rolls with wet hands and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Place 1 cup of water in the bottom of the oven, slide the tray with the rolls over it and bake at 200 degrees fan-assisted for approx. 20 - 30 minutes
- You can also use buttermilk instead of beer
