Ingredients
- 1 can pineapple in pieces
- 1 lemon (s), untreated
- 50 ml rum
- some sugar
- 2 bottles white wine
- 3 bottles wheat beer, crystal clear

- Put the pineapple in a large bowl. Cut the lemon zest in a spiral and add. Squeeze out the juice, add the rum and sugar and let it steep. Top up with white wine and add the beer just before serving.
