- 900 g raspberries, frozen or fresh
- 50 g powdered suar
- 125 ml rum or cognac or vodka
- 500 ml syrup (raspberry syrup)
- 3 bottles sparkling wine or prosecco
- 2 bottles wheat beer

- Put the raspberries in a large, sealable plastic bowl, frozen, and dust with powdered sugar. Pour rum or the like and raspberry syrup on top.
- It is best to let it steep for a day. Add 3 bottles of sparkling wine and 2 bottles of wheat beer shortly before consumption.
- It tastes heavenly - even men like it!
