First, put the frozen berries in a tall, sturdy mixing beaker. Sort out half a handful of currants and set aside in a small bowl.
Slowly pour the cream onto the berries so that a layer of frozen cream forms. Put the 4 spoons of honey and the milk on top. Now chop everything up with a sturdy hand blender or a blender. Caution: the longer you puree or mix, the more liquid the ice cream becomes.
