Mix both types of flour, salt, spices and sunflower seeds. Dissolve the yeast and caro coffee in the water, add and work into a dough. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
Pour the dough into a baking pan (the dough is quite moist) and smooth it out with a spatula. Cover again and leave to rise for 30 minutes.
Bake in a hot oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat in the middle for approx. 50 minutes (do a knock test).
