Instructions

  1. Chop the mushrooms, zucchini and tomatoes into small pieces. Put the first two vegetables in a pan and fry them. Then add the tomato pieces. Now stir a generous teaspoon of mustard with a little water (50 ml approximately) and use it to remove the vegetables. Now let the whole thing boil down a little, depending on how much sauce you want. Season the pan with salt and pepper.
