Beat the two egg whites briefly, add the sugar and beat until stiff. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk briefly. Place a teaspoon at a time (approx. 3/4 teaspoon) on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C for approx. 10-15 minutes.
The cookies diverge a little and are flat. Cool on a cake wire. Makes 2 baking trays.
