Instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients. Stir in buttermilk with a wooden spoon. Knead a loose dough and shape it into a small loaf on the floured work surface. Then cut four parts (like cake) and brush with a little buttermilk.
  2. Place on a wire rack and bake at 220 degrees (top / bottom heat, preheated) for 20 minutes.
  3. It is best to enjoy it warm with a little butter.
