Instructions

  1. Peel the quinces and apples and cut into small pieces and cook with a little water for about 15 minutes until soft. Then puree to puree with the hand blender and then add the preserving sugar. Bring to the boil and cook for 3-5 minutes. Season with cinnamon and pour into the jam jars.
  2. Sufficient for approx. 5 glasses.
