Wash the quinoa in a fine sieve (e.g. hair sieve). Then put them in a saucepan with 2 cups of water. Add vegetable stock. Simmer for 10 minutes, then remove from heat and let soak for another 10 minutes.
In the meantime, clean and wash the broccoli and cut into very small florets, discarding the stalk.
Finely dice the onions and fry in a little olive oil. Add broccoli and fry for about 5 minutes. Add cumin and turmeric. Finely dice the dates and add to the pan. Add quinoa and fold in. Simply enjoy.
