Instructions

  1. Defrost the spinach. Rinse the quinoa with hot, then boil with 2 cups of lightly salted water. Add the spinach and mix with the breadcrumbs and flour as well as the eggs until a semi-solid mass is formed that can be easily shaped into patties. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Fry in plenty of oil.
