Instructions

  1. Bring the quinoa with the water or stock to a boil, then simmer on a low heat until the water has boiled off. Stir occasionally. Put the quinoa in the blender and mix into a batter.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Now cover with the desired ingredients and put in the oven again for 10 minutes.
