• 4 heads radicchio, small, torn
• 100 g rocket
• 150 g Goronzola, Roquefort or Saint Aur, crumbled
• 1 cup fig (s), dried, diced
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 2 tablespoon oil, (walnut)
• 1 teaspoon mustard, (Dijon)
• salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Put the lettuce leaves in a bowl.
2. Mix a salad dressing out of the liquid ingredients and pour over the salad.
3. Serve sprinkled with the diced figs and cheese.
