Ingredients
- 4 heads radicchio, small, torn
- 100 g rocket
- 150 g Goronzola, Roquefort or Saint Aur, crumbled
- 1 cup fig (s), dried, diced
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoon oil, (walnut)
- 1 teaspoon mustard, (Dijon)
- salt and pepper
