Ingredients

  • 150 g radicchio
  • 2 pear (s), peeled and cut into eighths
  • 100 g blue cheese (Saint Aur or Goronzola)
  • 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon walnut oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop the washed radicchio and place on 4 plates.
  2. Lightly fry the pears in the walnut oil, spread over the lettuce leaves.
  3. In the leftover oil, first liquefy the honey, then add the balsamic vinegar and let it froth. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the salad drop by drop.
  4. Finally sprinkle the crumbled blue cheese over it.
