  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Wash, halve, peel and core the pears.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan. Put the pear halves in the pan, fry a little. Pour the honey over the pears, shake the pan gently so that the honey is well distributed.
  3. Put everything in the oven preheated to 200 ° C for approx. 8, at most 10 minutes. When the pears are shiny they are done.
  4. Arrange the pears on 2 plates, sprinkle the crumbled Gorgonzola on top, let it melt slightly.
  5. It is best to serve and eat warm.
