Ingredients

  • 1 packet pizza dough
  • 1 head chicory
  • 1 handful bacon
  • 1 pear (s)
  • 1 cup sour cream or creme fraîche
  • 150 g Goronzola or Roquefort
  • possibly cheese, grated
  • 1 pinch (s) black pepper, crushed
  • possibly lemon peel, untreated, rubbed

Instructions

  1. Leave the bacon in a pan, add the chopped pears and cook through. Let the whole thing cool down.
  2. Brush the pizza dough with the sour cream or creme fraîche, top with the finely chopped chicory, bacon, pears and Gorgonzola or Roquefort. If you want it to be more hearty, you can also sprinkle extra grated Emmentaler or something similar on top.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes in the oven preheated to 220 ° C, sprinkle with crushed pepper and serve immediately. Tip: grated lemon peel gives the whole thing an extra whistle.
