- 1 packet pizza dough
- 2 leeks
- 500 g minced meat, seasoned
- 200 g Goronzola
- 200 g cream

- Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
- Wash the leek, cut into small rings and blanch. Fry the minced meat in a pan with a little oil until it is small and crumbly.
- Mix the Gorgonzola with the cream and distribute evenly on the pizza dough. Mix the minced meat and the leek and spread over the top as well. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 200 ° C until the pizza dough is through.
