Instructions

  1. Cut the radishes into slices. Make a dressing out of mayonnaise, salt and pepper and pour over it. Let it stand for a while and then you can stir.
  2. Mix in a few rings of chives just before serving. We always have butter slices to go with it. You can also use yoghurt instead of mayonnaise, but then this variant is a bit more liquid and also very tasty.
