Instructions

  1. Roughly grate the radishes, season with salt and let them steep for about 10 minutes until they cry, that is, until the water comes out.
  2. Drain the water and mix the radishes with the cream cheese and yogurt. Add some fresh chives, parsley or dill as you like.
