Instructions

  1. Unpack and chop the Raffaello (works fine with a potato masher). Add the quark with sugar and vanilla sugar and stir. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in.
  2. Put the frozen raspberries in a bowl and cover with the raffaello mixture. Then let stand for a good 5 hours before consumption, the raspberries slowly thaw.
