Ingredients
- 500 g quark (curd cheese)
- 200 g whipped cream
- 50 grams sugar
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 400 g raspberries (frozen)
- 1 pack confectionery (Raffaello)

- Unpack and chop the Raffaello (works fine with a potato masher). Add the quark with sugar and vanilla sugar and stir. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in.
- Put the frozen raspberries in a bowl and cover with the raffaello mixture. Then let stand for a good 5 hours before consumption, the raspberries slowly thaw.
