Instructions

1. For 12 muffins.
2. Mix the butter with the sugar, the lemon sugar and the grated lemon zest or the squeeze of lemon juice until frothy. Mix in the eggs one by one.
3. Mix the flour with the baking powder and fold into the mass. Finally stir in the milk. So that the rainbow muffins get their rainbow, the dough is now divided into 4 equal parts. In the first one put yellow food coloring, in the second red, in the third blue and in the fourth green color.
