• 2 kg strawberries, cleaned, halved
• g 2,500 suar
• ml 1,200 water
• 2 sachets citric acid
• 2 lemon (s), add the juice
• 2 sticks vanilla pod (s)
• 4 cl grenadine
• Woodruff or
• Lemon balm or
• peppermint

Instructions

1. Put all ingredients in a sufficiently large saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer until the desired consistency is achieved.
2. Remove the seasoning ingredients and pour into the prepared twist-offs while still hot, close immediately.
3. Goes well with ice cream, pudding or waffles, of course.
