- 2 kg strawberries, cleaned, halved
- g 2,500 suar
- ml 1,200 water
- 2 sachets citric acid
- 2 lemon (s), add the juice
- 2 sticks vanilla pod (s)
- 4 cl grenadine
- Woodruff or
- Lemon balm or
- peppermint

- Put all ingredients in a sufficiently large saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer until the desired consistency is achieved.
- Remove the seasoning ingredients and pour into the prepared twist-offs while still hot, close immediately.
- Goes well with ice cream, pudding or waffles, of course.
