Child Cake “Turtle”

Cake “Turtle” will always please your children. So the time spent will bring joy to parents too.

Ingredients
- Wheat flour – 2 cups
- Chicken eggs – 5 pcs.
- Sugar – 2.5 cups
- Cocoa powder – 4 tablespoon.
- Sour cream 15% – 2-2.5 cups
- Butter – 100-120 g
- Soda – a pinch
Directions
- Beat eggs into a bowl, add sugar.
- Beat 5 eggs with 1.5 cups of sugar and a pinch of baking soda.
- Add 2 tablespoon. cocoa. Mix.
- Add 2 cups flour gradually.
- This is dough.
- Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. Turn on the oven and heat up to 190 degrees. On a baking sheet, spread half a teaspoon in the form of small cakes.
- Survive the dough onto the parchment with a spoon in the form of tortillas. They are baked quickly – 7-10 minutes.
- Cream: 2 glasses of sour cream (for a more budgetary option, 1 glass of sour cream can be replaced with 1 glass of kefir), 1 glass of sugar, 2 tbsp cocoa and 100 g of softened butter (you can do without butter) combine.
- Then mix until smooth with a mixer.
- Dip the finished cakes in the cream.
- Place in a slide on a tray or plate. You can pour chocolate icing on the cake.
- Let the Turtle cake soak.
