Prepare a smooth dough from the ingredients. Possibly stir in raisins or sprinkle with crystal sugar at the end.
Let the dough rest for 5 minutes. Then shape small rolls out of the dough and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Dip your hands in milk as the dough is quite sticky. If desired, sprinkle with crystal sugar and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees top-bottom heat for about 30 minutes.
