Instructions

  1. Peel the asparagus and cook in water without salt for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, mix the mustard, tomato paste, sweetener, vinegar and water into a homogeneous, creamy sauce.
  3. Pluck the thyme from the stem and chop the parsley. Add to the sauce and season with pepper. Serve with the asparagus.
