Boil the potatoes and beetroot until soft (this is not necessary with beetroot from the jar).
Mix together with the broth to a homogeneous mass.
Dice the onions and sauté in the tablespoon of oil until translucent. Add the corned beef and fry briefly. Add the potato and beetroot mixture and stir well.
Fry the eggs into fried eggs.
Arrange the labskaus on a plate and place the fried eggs on top.
