- Boil the potatoes and beetroot until soft (this is not necessary with beetroot from the jar).
- Mix together with the broth to a homogeneous mass.
- Dice the onions and sauté in the tablespoon of oil until translucent. Add the corned beef and fry briefly. Add the potato and beetroot mixture and stir well.
- Fry the eggs into fried eggs.
- Arrange the labskaus on a plate and place the fried eggs on top.
