Melt the chocolate in a hot water bath. (The microwave is rather unsuitable for the amount, so you should really make the effort and melt over hot water).
First stir the cream into the fully melted chocolate and then stir in the whiskey and rum.
Fill up to a liter of liqueur with milk and stir everything well.
Fill into bottles and refrigerate.
It is possible that after standing for a long time, some milk fat will settle on the top of a thinner bottle neck. Just shake well before pouring and it`s good.
