Instructions

  1. Roughly grate the marzipan. Mix the mascarpone, marzipan, yoghurt and sugar with the hand mixer.
  2. Puree the raspberries and strain them through a sieve if necessary. Add the vanilla sugar to the raspberries.
  3. Layer the marzipan cream and raspberry puree alternately in 2 tall or 4 small dessert glasses.
