Whip the whipped cream until stiff. Stir in the yogurt, powdered sugar, juice and zest of the orange.
Put the amarettini in a freezer bag and roughly chop with a rolling pin. Grind the pepper berries in a mortar.
Now layer everything in glasses as follows: cream, amarettini crumbs, raspberries, creme, amarettini crumbs, raspberries. Finally, pour the pepper berries over the raspberries.
Put the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. It can be prepared a day before consumption.
