A rich, thick, and nutritious smoothie with fragrant raspberries and peaches, based on kefir, – a charge of vivacity and vitamins for the whole day! It’s not necessary to wait for the fresh fruit season – frozen peaches and raspberries are fine too.
Rinse the peaches, carefully peel or cut the skin, remove the seeds. Cut the peach pulp into medium-sized slices and place in a blender bowl. Rinse the raspberries and add them to a blender, setting aside a couple of berries to decorate the finished smoothie. Add sugar.
Pour in kefir. Whisk all prepared foods until smooth.
Pour ready-made peach raspberry smoothie into glasses and serve immediately after cooking, garnish each serving with raspberries and mint leaves.
