Drain the raspberries. Beat the quark with the hand blender, whip the cream until stiff. Mix the sugar with the quark and fold in the cream.
Line the bottom of 4 drinking glasses (I used plain whiskey glasses) with 4 cantuccini biscuits each, crumble them a little and soak them with Baileys.
Pour approx. 2 tablespoons of cream and quark mixture over it, drizzle with approx. 2 tablespoons of raspberry juice and sprinkle some raspberries on top so that the surface is covered. Then spread a second layer of cream and quark over it and decorate with grated chocolate.
