Ingredients

  • 1 glass raspberries, (390 g)
  • 500 g quark, (low-fat quark)
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 16 biscuit (s), Cantuccini (Italian almond biscuits)
  • 80 ml Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 pack chocolate, grated or chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Drain the raspberries. Beat the quark with the hand blender, whip the cream until stiff. Mix the sugar with the quark and fold in the cream.
  2. Line the bottom of 4 drinking glasses (I used plain whiskey glasses) with 4 cantuccini biscuits each, crumble them a little and soak them with Baileys.
  3. Pour approx. 2 tablespoons of cream and quark mixture over it, drizzle with approx. 2 tablespoons of raspberry juice and sprinkle some raspberries on top so that the surface is covered. Then spread a second layer of cream and quark over it and decorate with grated chocolate.
  4. Chill for at least 2 hours.
