  • 400 g whipped cream
  • 400 g fruit, mixed (frozen)
  • 30 g maple syrup
  • 30 grams sugar
  • sugar, brown

Instructions

  1. Spread the cantuccini flat in a dish and drizzle with the amaretto. Pour the frozen fruit mixture on top.
  2. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in the sour cream, sugar and maple syrup. Spread on the fruit and sprinkle with brown sugar. Let it steep in the refrigerator.
