Wash the raspberries or, if necessary, let them thaw.
Cream cheese, vanilla sugar, the vanilla pulp scraped out of the vanilla pod, powdered sugar and yoghurt with the mixer to a smooth cream.
Crumble the shortbread biscuits. It is best to put it in a freezer bag, close it and then go over it with the rolling pin. Not too hard and not too long - no powder should be created.
Prepare 6 glass dessert vessels. I took simple drinking / water glasses.
Carefully pour in layers: biscuit crumbs, cream, raspberries, biscuit crumbs, cream, raspberries.
Finished! Chill until the time comes and then enjoy!
