Instructions

  1. Wash the raspberries or, if necessary, let them thaw.
  2. Cream cheese, vanilla sugar, the vanilla pulp scraped out of the vanilla pod, powdered sugar and yoghurt with the mixer to a smooth cream.
  3. Crumble the shortbread biscuits. It is best to put it in a freezer bag, close it and then go over it with the rolling pin. Not too hard and not too long - no powder should be created.
  4. Prepare 6 glass dessert vessels. I took simple drinking / water glasses.
  5. Carefully pour in layers: biscuit crumbs, cream, raspberries, biscuit crumbs, cream, raspberries.
  6. Finished! Chill until the time comes and then enjoy!
