Ingredients
- 600 g cream cheese
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 1 vanilla pod (s)
- 90 g powdered suar
- 150 g yourt, 1.5%
- 22 shortbread (s)
- 400 g raspberries, frozen or fresh

- Wash the raspberries or, if necessary, let them thaw.
- Cream cheese, vanilla sugar, the vanilla pulp scraped out of the vanilla pod, powdered sugar and yoghurt with the mixer to a smooth cream.
- Crumble the shortbread biscuits. It is best to put it in a freezer bag, close it and then go over it with the rolling pin. Not too hard and not too long - no powder should be created.
- Prepare 6 glass dessert vessels. I took simple drinking / water glasses.
- Carefully pour in layers: biscuit crumbs, cream, raspberries, biscuit crumbs, cream, raspberries.
- Finished! Chill until the time comes and then enjoy!
