Whip the cream with the sugar and the cream stiffener. Then carefully fold in the quark.
Layer everything in a bowl. First part of the meringue, then frozen raspberries and finally part of the mixture. Continue like this until everything is used up, finally put meringue on top (you don`t need a full 100 g of meringue, less is enough). Dessert is easy to prepare as it should be left in the refrigerator for a while. Thaw the raspberries and the juice mixes with the meringue.
