Ingredients
- 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 250 g cream quark
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 1 point vanilla sugar
- 300 g raspberries, frozen
- 2 cups cream
- 100 g merinue / foam crown

- Whip the cream with the sugar and the cream stiffener. Then carefully fold in the quark.
- Layer everything in a bowl. First part of the meringue, then frozen raspberries and finally part of the mixture. Continue like this until everything is used up, finally put meringue on top (you don`t need a full 100 g of meringue, less is enough). Dessert is easy to prepare as it should be left in the refrigerator for a while. Thaw the raspberries and the juice mixes with the meringue.
