  • 375 g raspberries, frozen
  • 500 ml whipped cream
  • some sugar
  • 200 g merinue

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen raspberries in a bowl until the bottom is covered. Then pour some sugar over the raspberries. Next, crumble the meringue and pour it over the raspberries, creating a closed meringue layer. Then pour a layer of whipped cream on top. Now repeat the whole thing again, so first the raspberries, then a little sugar, crumbled meringue, and finally the whipped cream again.
  2. Depending on the height of the bowl, you can repeat the process several times. Put the whole thing in the fridge for about 5 hours.
  3. Instead of raspberries, you can also use any other berry fruit (strawberries, wild berries, etc.).
